Responsibilities & Purpose

The Board shall act in an advisory capacity only, and shall have no power to bind the City by contract or otherwise. 

Through the review procedure herein, it shall be the function of the Board to advise the historic review officer concerning all applications for review in historic districts or historic landmarks and perform any other advisory functions delegated by the City Council.

Register Historic District Vacant Buildings

Per City Ordinance 387-12-2018 adopted 12-10-2018 vacant buildings in the Historic District must be registered. For more information click here.  To register a vacant structure, fill out the application and return it to city hall. or email to permits@cityofpilotpoint.org.
