We do not accept payments over the phone
If you are unable to pay your fine in full, you may be eligible to pay your fine in installments with a payment plan. If you would like this option, you must come in person to the court window during business hours and be prepared to make a down payment of at least $50.00 on each case. Additionally, you must fill out an application for a Payment Plan and a financial statement. Please be prepared to provide verifiable references.
The Court requests that you arrive no later than 4:00 PM to complete the required paperwork if you would like a payment plan.
UNABLE TO PAY
If you are not able to pay your fine in full or by paying in installments, alternative options may be available to you . Please contact the court.
If you have not entered a plea on your case, you may have options available to resolve the warrant If you are not able to pay in full, such as a payment plan or court date to speak to the City Prosecutor or Presiding Judge
Capias Pro Fine
If you have already entered a plea on your case or defaulted on a payment plan, you may have a Capias Pro Fine Warrant. If you are not able to pay the fine in full, you may be eligible for a court date to speak to the Presiding Judge about what options are available to you now.
